Automatic Payments for Subscription Fee

8 Aug 2008

Source: http://www.content-review.com/, 7 August 2008

The system may interest owners of information and websites with some sort of charging mechanism or social networks with extended SMS services – owners of resources where users pay subscription fees for a particular time period.

The system enables a subscriber to order a service not for one time period but for several without requiring separate payments for each of them. When the paid period has expired the system will send a notification to the subscriber and the required sum for the next time period will be withdrawn from the subscriber’s account.

The system will be convenient for resource owners, their users, and will make projects involving large numbers of regular clients much easier. At present the service is available in Russia for MTS mobile operator only. The system expansion to other Russian and foreign mobile operators is in the planning stage.
